Florence sightseeing bus

The "tourist bus" will take you to the highlights of Florence so you can fully enjoy "the City of Art". The bus makes two different routes with different stops so you can enjoy the city in a comfortable and entertaining way thanks to its two floors and convertible roof.

Itinerary

The Florence tourist bus offers a 120-minute route with commentary in Spanish and stops at places such as Michelangelo Square, the Boboli Gardens, the Church of Santa Croce or the Church of Santa Maria Novella.

 

The ticket has a duration of 1, 48 or 72 hours from its first use and you can get on and off as many times as you want. The blue line operates from April to October from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every half hour and from November to March from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every hour.

 

The service on Sunday, April 2, 2023 will begin on line A at 12:40 p.m. and on line B at 1:15 p.m.

Excursion to Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena

On this tour we will visit three different places in Italy: Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower, San Gimignano with its medieval towers and Siena with a beautiful cathedral. Additionally, a gastronomic experience at a farm in Chianti is included.

Itinerary

On this tour we will depart from Florence to Siena, where we will take a guided walk through its historic center. Afterwards, you will have an hour and a half of free time to explore the city. Then, we will go to a Typical Farmhouse in the Chianti region to enjoy a traditional Tuscan meal, including starters of salami and pecorino cheese, pasta or lasagna as a first course and typical cantucci cookies as dessert. A vegetarian menu is also available.

 

After lunch, we will visit San Gimignano, the most beautiful medieval town in Italy, where you will have free time to explore its cobblestone streets and discover its small squares and local craft shops.

 

Finally, we will go to Pisa, where you will have an hour of free time to discover the Square of Miracles, which includes the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Monumental Cemetery and the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, which was the place where Galileo carried out much of his experiments we will arrive at Piazzale Montelungo around 8:00 p.m.

Excursion to the Cinque Terre

The Cinque Terre covers a portion of the coast made up of a group of small towns surrounded by vineyards and hills. On this excursion from Florence we will visit the four most important ones. Essential!

Itinerary

On this tour, departing from Florence, you visit three distinctive places in Italian Tuscany: Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. In Siena, there is a guided walk through the historic center, visiting the Piazza del Campo, the Communal Palace and the Cathedral. Afterwards you have free time to explore on your own. Guided tour of the Accademia Gallery

Michelangelo Buonarroti surprised Tuscan Renaissance society with his colossal sculpture of David. Now you can admire this majestic work on this tour of the Accademia Gallery.

Itinerary

The guided tour begins at the entrance of the Accademia Gallery, at the agreed time. Upon entering the museum with priority access, a Spanish-speaking guide will accompany us and explain in a pleasant way the beauty of the works of Miguel Ángel Buonarroti and the secrets of this artist ahead of his time.

 

We will discover how he carved such realistic figures in the marble blocks and we will delve into his most representative work, David, whose posture before facing the giant Goliath offers many interpretations. In addition to the work of the Florentine master, there are also other works of his such as Saint Matthew and the Pietà di Palestrina, as well as works by other Florentine artists from the 14th to the 16th century.

 

In the permanent exhibition you can see sacred art and musical instruments from different periods. After an hour of tour, you will have free time to continue visiting the museum rooms that you liked the most.

Guided tour of the Palazzo Vecchio

Enter with us the Palazzo Vecchio, a symbol of the political life of Florence for more than 7 centuries. This tour is ideal to do on a Monday, when the rest of the museums are closed.

Itinerario

The visit begins in Piazza della Signoria, behind the Fountain of Neptune, next to the door of the Palazzo Vecchio. Without having to queue, you can access the palace. Inside the palace, you can explore its rooms, discovering myths and legends, and being amazed by its majesty.
